Who Needs Sea Spy?

was designed to be light weight and compact for multiple uses. The most common uses are for fishing and scuba diving.

Our studies have found that most fisherman use the underwater video camera in 30 ft to 100 ft of water. The most popular use is to find fish, structures and the type of bait fish available in that area. We recommend the Black & White Camera because it only needs 0.001 lux or 1/100th of a candle power to operate properly.

We recommend the IR Black & White camera when fishing at night or in very murky water. No light is needed to capture video up to 20 ft from the lens. For the fisherman who would like to record video in full color we highly recommend our color unit. The color unit does require a little more light, it needs 0.01 lux or 1/10th of a candle power to operate properly. The images you will get will amaze you. The color quality is so vivid and sharp, you will want to record everything in sight. For scuba divers on the other hand, we recommend only the color unit.

Divers are used to seeing the brilliant colors underwater and want to capture exactly what they see during the dive. When diving not everyone on board gets to go down. Now the captain and other passengers on the boat can watch the action from the boat. This is a great safety feature for the divers and lots of fun for land lovers.

The only other way to get great video footage underwater is to take your expensive video recorder down in a case and pray that it doesn't leak. That could cost you hundreds of dollars. A better way is to take great video footage and leaving your expensive video equipment on the boat.
